They are independent contractors who are paid hourly. Consultants can work onsite at client locations or virtually. A great deal of our clients allow for remote working contractors. Consultants are experts at full life cycle recruiting, candidate management & development and manager relations. Each consultant is well rounded and possess a minimum of five years of blended corporate, consulting firm and agency experience.
